More than 35 different types of artisanal sweets are made here at the Confiserie des Hautes-Vosges, including Vosges bonbons, Nancy Bergamot orange, blueberry, raspberry and violet flavours, grilled almonds and other yummy treats. Watch how they are made from beginning to end, the whole process of cooking them in copper pans over an open fire, then have a taste and remind yourself that this is how they used to be!
